Application Engineering

 Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into engineering

solutions.

 Capable of support the sales team with technical proposals, component selection,

and cost estimation.

 Liaise with switchgear OEMs (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, etc.) for product

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

 2–5 years experience in LV & MV switchgear/panel manufacturing industry.

 Proven hands-on experience with EPLAN Electric P8 .

Technical Skills

 Strong knowledge of LV & MV switchgear, protection relays, circuit breakers, and

control systems.

 Familiarity with IEC standards for switchgear (IEC 61439, IEC 62271, etc.).

 Ability to produce accurate engineering documents with minimal supervision.

 Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Soft Skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

 Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Experience

 Experience working with Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Eaton, or similar switchgear.

 Tender engineering exposure for utility or industrial projects.

 Knowledge of PLC wiring and control panel integration.
