Business Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership and Strategy
- Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives, providing consistent feedback, deal inspection, support for professional development, develop sales team to achieve the sales KPIs.
- Forecasting & Pipeline: Own the sales pipeline for the assigned territory/team, ensuring pipeline health, accuracy, and predictability in sales forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- New Business/Expansion: Drive both Net New Name acquisition (finding new clients) and Customer Expansion (cross-sell/up-sell within the existing SAP installed base).
2. Commercial and Deal Execution
- Complex Deal Closure: Actively support the team in complex, high-value sales cycles, providing deal strategy, executive sponsorship, and commercial governance.
- Value Selling: Champion a value-based selling approach, ensuring the team articulates the business outcomes and ROI of SAP solutions to clients.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Oversee the development of tailored proposals and presentations; lead contract and pricing negotiations with C-level executives.
Qualification :
- Lulusan S1/S2 dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Management,dsb.
- Min. pengalaman sbg Business Manager 4 tahun.
- Prefer : untuk penjualan SAP/ERP/Cloud/SaaS masih ok, tapi yg didahulukan lebih ke penjualan product SAP/ERP ya.
- Terbiasa bekerja secara tim atau individu
- Notice period : 1 bulan untuk bisa join
- Punya laptop pribadi untuk penunjang kerja
- Usia <35 tahun
