AI Platform Engineer

Level: Mid-Level (2–5 Years Experience)

Role Focus: AI Backend Services, LLM Infrastructure, & Cloud-Native Platform Engineering

membangun, mengembangkan, dan mengoperasikan fondasi platform AI berskala enterprise. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan berada di persimpangan antara Software Engineering (Python & Golang), Generative AI / LLM Orchestration, dan Cloud-Native Infrastructure. Anda akan merancang microservice berkinerja tinggi, worker pool untuk pemrosesan dokumen cerdas (IDP), sistem Knowledge Base (RAG), serta infrastruktur AI agent yang andal, aman, dan scalable di lingkungan produksi.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Scale AI Microservices: Merancang, mengembangkan, dan memelihara backend service dan worker pool berkinerja tinggi menggunakan Python dan Golang untuk mendukung berbagai use case Generative AI, Agentic Workflows, dan Knowledge Base.

LLM & Generative AI Integration: Mengimplementasikan arsitektur RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), multi-agent orchestration, prompt management, structured output extraction, serta integrasi dengan LLM Gateway (seperti LiteLLM) dan berbagai model (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, atau model open-weight).

Containerization & Cloud Deployment: Membungkus aplikasi ke dalam container (Docker / Cloud Native Buildpacks) yang optimal, aman, dan siap di-deploy ke lingkungan Cloud Run maupun Kubernetes (GKE).

Asynchronous & Document Pipeline Engineering: Membangun sistem antrean (job queue), background workers, dan pipeline pemrosesan dokumen (PDF/Image parsing, OCR, dan ekstraksi berbasis Vision-Language Model).

Platform Reliability & Observability: Memastikan kualitas kode melalui automated testing, memantau performa sistem dan latensi LLM menggunakan OpenTelemetry, serta berkolaborasi dalam proses rilis melalui pipeline CI/CD (Jenkins / GitOps).

Requirements

Mandatory / Required Qualifications:

Memiliki 2–4 tahun pengalaman profesional sebagai Software Engineer (Backend), AI Engineer, atau Platform/MLOps Engineer.

Python & Golang (Required):

Pengalaman mendalam membangun layanan produksi menggunakan Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio) DAN/ATAU Golang (concurrency/goroutines, REST/gRPC microservices), dengan kemampuan hands-on pada kedua bahasa tersebut.

LLM & Generative AI (Required):

Pengalaman praktis membangun aplikasi berbasis LLM di level produksi (RAG pipeline, tool/function calling, agentic workflows, embeddings, context engineering, dan evaluasi output LLM).

Container Deployment (Required):

Mahir menggunakan Docker untuk membungkus dan men-deploy aplikasi (memahami multi-stage builds, manajemen environment variables/secrets, networking container, dan health/readiness probes).

Database & Search (Required):

Terbiasa bekerja dengan database relasional (PostgreSQL) serta memiliki pemahaman tentang Vector Search / Hybrid Search (pgvector, Elasticsearch, atau sejenisnya) dan Redis.

Point Plus (Preferred Qualifications):

Kubernetes & Serverless Containers: Pengalaman men-deploy dan mengelola beban kerja di Google Cloud Run (Services, Jobs, Worker Pools) atau Kubernetes (GKE).

Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Terbiasa dengan ekosistem GCP (Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage/GCS, Pub/Sub, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, IAM, dan VPC networking).

AI Infrastructure & Observability: Pernah mengonfigurasi OpenTelemetry (OTel), LLM Gateway (LiteLLM), atau platform orkestrasi AI (seperti Dify, LangGraph, atau Durable Execution seperti DBOS/Temporal).

Nice to Have:

Document OCR & Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): Pengalaman mengekstraksi data terstruktur dari dokumen kompleks (PDF, tabel, form hasil scan) menggunakan engine OCR, layout parsing, atau Multimodal Vision-Language Models (VLM).

CI/CD & GitOps: Pengalaman membangun atau memelihara pipeline deployment otomatis menggunakan Jenkins, ArgoCD, atau Terraform
