Middle Software Quality Assurance (SQA)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, review, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing.
• Analyze requirements to identify test scope, risks, gaps, and potential quality issues.
• Manage assigned testing activities independently, including execution, defects, retesting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with BPA, developers, PM, and stakeholders to align expected system behavior.
• Log, prioritize, and monitor defects with clear documentation, severity, evidence, and reproduction steps.
• Support automation, API, and performance testing using relevant tools.
• Improve QA practices and guide Junior SQA team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and defect management.
• Strong experience in test design, execution, regression testing, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Experience using JIRA, Xray, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Playwright, WDIO, Selenium, Katalon, or similar automation tools is highly preferable.
• Familiarity with API testing, performance testing, and basic SQL validation is preferable.
• Good analytical, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and English skills.
