System Analyst (Web/PC)

Experience min 3+ years (Banking system preferred)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• UML proficiency: use case, sequence, activity diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams
• Working knowledge of .NET-based web and PC system architectures
• Basic SQL for data validation, requirement tracing, and gap analysis
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile / Scrum SDLC methodologies
• Track record in full-cycle banking project delivery (core banking, payment gateway, CRM, or reporting systems)
• Experience coordinating with vendors, third-party integrators, and bank IT governance teams

SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage both C-level and technical audiences
• Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical specifications clearly and accurately
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify requirement gaps and propose solutions
• Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and timelines
