Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of business development, account management, or IT sales experience
- Experience selling IT software projects, custom development, or digital services is strongly preferred (not hardware or licensing)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and close deals
- Experience working with clients in at least one major industry vertical (e.g., Banking, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, Government)
Skills & Competencies
- Good consultative and needs-discovery skills — able to listen, ask the right questions, and connect client needs to IT solutions
- Clear and confident communicator in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Basic understanding of IT concepts such as software development, mobile/web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, or AI/data solutions
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and standard productivity software
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven with good time management skills
- Coachable and willing to learn — comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving selling skills
- Existing network of professional contacts in relevant industries is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
