Solution Delivery

Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions by translating business requirements into executable strategies and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across internal teams and external vendors.

The role manages solution lifecycle ownership, maintains up-to-date solution inventories, and ensures alignment with organizational priorities, compliance, and technology roadmaps. Additionally, the role oversees delivery of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure efficient investment and operational governance.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Knowledge of ITIL and PMP is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Strong experience in managing and optimizing relationships with external IT vendors and ensuring performance adheres to SLAs and KPIs.

• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, agile delivery, and portfolio oversight, with an emphasis on budget control and delivery efficiency.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles (TOGAF), API integration, system interoperability, and scalable solution design.

• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments, cloud-based deployments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), and containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong ability to lead teams through complex technical issues, service disruptions, and high impact incidents under pressure.

• Total Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT delivery, enterprise project management, or technology operations.

• Experience in overseeing multivendor and multidomain delivery environments.

• Proven history of delivering complex, cross functional IT initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals.
