IT Governance Officer

Main Job Responsibility:

Responsible to manage and maintain IT governance, IT administration and helpdesk, also plan and build procedure and policy to improve IT quality and company efficiency.

Designing, developing, and maintaining risk-based IT policies that govern the usage of IT. You will actively contribute to shaping the framework that ensures the effective implementation of policies, working to monitor and assess whether the required controls are running smoothly and achieving their intended objectives.

Detail Job Responsibility:

1.Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures according to applicable internal and external requirements.

2. Execute the annual compliance plan under the direction and supervision of a senior compliance officer or team leader.

3. Conduct an analysis of the disparities between regulatory requirements and the operational practices of the Company, such as conducting audits, to provide a comprehensive overview of compliance, risk management.

4. Develop the process and conduct the activities to safe keep or archive every IT development document on a regular basis

5. Conduct a routine evaluation of policies and procedures implementation and ensure best practice risk mitigation and assessment functions are maintained to comply with the company's strategy

6. Coordinate with related IT work units to follow up on data requests and internal audit findings, external audits, and regulators

7. Execute activities related to internal policies, terms and conditions, internal procedures, and standard operational guidelines, including their communication and training.

8. Maintain key risk indicator (KRI) and risk control assessment (RCSA) related IT with the relevant department in order to assess the effectiveness of any control and identify new risks.

Key Performance Indicator:

1. Quarterly report ITSM terkait ISO 20 K

2. Regular report realted to compliance

3. ISO 20K & 27K surveillance
