Wordpress Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins

- Build responsive and high-performance websites using WordPress

- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages

- Customize existing WordPress functionalities and integrations

- Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO technical aspects

- Troubleshoot bugs, security issues, and compatibility problems

- Manage website deployments, backups, and updates

- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Requirements

Must Have

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development

- Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins

- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

- Experience with Git/version control workflows

- Knowledge of website performance optimization and security best practices

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues independently

Nice to Have

- Experience with React, Vue, or modern JavaScript frameworks

- Familiarity with headless WordPress architecture

- Experience with hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, Cloud hosting)

- Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker, deployment automation)

- SEO technical optimization experience
