System Analyst
Job Description
- Bridge Business & Technology: Translate complex business requirements from internal operational units or capital market regulations into detailed, structured technical design blueprints and system workflows.
- System Design & Documentation: Design supporting or core system architectures, database schemas, and create comprehensive technical documentation (e.g., Software Requirement Specifications/SRS, data flow diagrams, and UML models).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal IT development teams, QA, project managers, and external vendors or capital market stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
- System Evaluation & Enhancement: Perform periodic evaluations of ongoing system development processes, conduct system testing validations, and recommend performance scalability improvements.
- Production Support & Troubleshooting: Provide tier-2/tier-3 technical support for production environments, troubleshooting complex bugs, handling data reconciliation issues, and ensuring high system uptime.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum accreditation of "A" or "Unggul" in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a System Analyst, IT Developer, or IT Business Analyst, preferably within the capital market, banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Hard Skills:
- Proficient in system modeling tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, Flowcharts).
- Strong technical understanding of database management systems, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning (PL/SQL, Java, .NET framework knowledge is a strong advantage).
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), API integrations, and middleware concepts.
- Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Language & Certifications:
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal), often verified by a minimum TOEFL score requirement (typically 450–500+).
- Relevant certifications (such as Certified Business Analysis Professional/CBAP, Agile/Scrum certifications, or capital market certifications like WPPE/WMI) serve as a strong plus.
