Golang / Temporal Workflow Developer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop backend workflow and orchestration services using Golang and Temporal.
• Design workflows and activities for long-running HR business processes.
• Translate processes into reliable states, activities, retries, timeouts, and exception handling.
• Integrate workflows with .NET services, APIs, PostgreSQL, and platform components.
• Implement compensation, failure recovery, idempotency, and observability mechanisms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow execution and performance.
• Develop unit and integration tests for workflows and activities.
• Collaborate with BPA, architects, backend developers, and QA.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of backend development experience with good Golang proficiency.
• Hands-on knowledge of Temporal.io or similar workflow/orchestration platforms is highly preferable.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and microservices.
• Understanding of workflow retries, timeouts, state, compensation, and idempotency.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with Docker, Git, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, documentation, and English skills.
