Programmer (RPG)

Having Experience min 3+ years in RPG/AS 400 (Banking environment preferred)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in RPG IV / RPGLE and CL Programming — required
• Hands-on experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 operations
• DB2 for iSeries, SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting
• Understanding of batch processing, spooled files, and job scheduling
• Experience integrating AS400 with external systems via APIs or file-based interfaces
• Direct exposure to core banking systems (CBS, SWIFT, payment settlement)
• Ability to lead technical discussions and review solution designs

SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• High attention to detail; comfortable working in heavily regulated, audit-driven environments
• Able to read and produce technical documentation in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with QC, Business Analysts, and Operations teams
• Adaptable and proactive in managing shifting project priorities
• Experience in Japanese-affiliated or multinational banking environments is a plus
