Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT , Consulting, or related fields
• At least 3-4 years of experience in IT consulting or Management consulting, to handling the product based on technology
• Have experience as Project Manager, Business Plan or Business Analyst Strategist
• Understand for A/B testing and analyzing data
• Have a good communication skills and presentation

Responsibilities:

• Help to identify, analyze, translate business needs and requirements into a functioning set of technical (IT) that improve internal processes and overall business performance and system
• Define problems and provide solutions for understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
• Make strategy roadmap development and business plan
• Handle digital initiatives (core system enhancement and front-end business process)
• Handling multiple systems to deliver business objectives
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
