Data Analyst & MIS

Qualification:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Applied Mathematics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of big data or business intelligence is an advantage.
• Strong skills in forecasting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and personal skills.
• Able to clearly articulate insights derived from data.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and non-business performance across the organization.
• Prepare and present analysis reports to the CEO on a regular basis, as well as handle ad hoc tasks as required.
• Develop Management Information System (MIS) reports covering funding activities (institutional lenders) and lending activities (channeling system companies, partnerships & direct borrowers), including business and financial performance, product profitability analysis, business productivity (end-to-end customer journey), and cost management analysis
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure the accuracy, consistency, & completeness of data used in management reporting.
