Project Manager

🚀 Project Manager – IT | On Site – Bank Jatim

Job Description:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and monitor overall project progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and other parties involved in the project.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes while ensuring effective resolution.
• Monitor project scope, quality, resources, and deliverables.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and necessary documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IT or technology projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in managing project teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certification is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Surabaya.
