NOC - L1
Qualification :
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NOC, Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply with NOC internship experience
- Experience working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, routing & switching.
- Familiar with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, Grafana, Nagios, or equivalent.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for LAN/WAN, router, switch, firewall, and network connectivity.
- Able to perform initial incident analysis and escalation based on SLA and escalation procedures.
- Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform 24/7 monitoring of network, server, infrastructure, and IT services.
- Monitor network/system alerts and perform initial troubleshooting and incident triage.
- Identify network or infrastructure issues such as connectivity problems, device/interface down, high utilization, latency, packet loss, and service disruption.
- Monitor the health and availability of network monitoring tools and infrastructure components.
- Perform troubleshooting based on established SOP / Standard Operating Procedures.
- Escalate incidents to NOC L2 / Network Engineer / relevant technical team based on severity and SLA.
- Collect required logs, monitoring data, and incident information to support further investigation.
- Perform basic checks on network devices such as router, switch, firewall, VPN, and wireless infrastructure.
- Prepare and maintain shift handover containing ongoing incidents, actions taken, and pending follow-ups.
- Identify and document false alarms or non-impacting events.
- Generate daily/shift-based NOC monitoring and incident reports.
