Backend Developer (.NET) - Junior

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop backend APIs and application components using C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Implement assigned HR platform user stories based on functional and technical guidance.
• Develop business logic, validation, database operations, and API integrations.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect fixing.
• Support integration with frontend applications and other platform services.
• Follow agreed coding, API, security, and documentation standards.
• Use Git, JIRA, and development tools according to project processes.
• Collaborate with BPA, QA, and senior developers during development and testing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of backend development experience using C# and .NET.
• Good understanding of OOP, REST API, HTTP, JSON, and backend fundamentals.
• Familiar with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Familiar with Git and basic SDLC practices.
• Basic knowledge of authentication, validation, exception handling, and unit testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and JIRA is preferable.
• Good learning ability, attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving, and English skills
