Junior Software Quality Assurance (SQA)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear evidence and reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with BPA, developers, and stakeholders to understand features and expected behavior.
• Retest resolved defects and execute regression testing for impacted functions.
• Maintain test cases, test results, defect reports, and testing evidence.
• Provide clear updates on testing progress, blockers, and defect status.
• Support QA process improvement and automation activities when required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Good understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiar with JIRA, Xray, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright, WDIO, Katalon, or k6 is preferable.
• Basic API testing and SQL/database validation knowledge is preferable.
• Good analytical, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and English skills
