Experience min 3+ years (Preferred min. 2 years in banking / fintech)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• (Mandatory) Having experience in SQL
• (Mandatory) Experience di Regulatory Reporting
• Strong experience in creating test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports
• Manual testing expertise: functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
• API testing using Postman or SoapUI
• Understanding of banking operations: transactions, settlement, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Redmine, or equivalent)
• Hands-on testing experience with core banking systems, host-to-host transfers, or SWIFT messaging
• Experience managing or coordinating a QC team in a project environment

SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Extremely detail-oriented; meticulous in verifying financial data accuracy and transaction integrity
• Able to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality within defined release cycles
• Strong coordination skills with developers, system analysts, and business users
• Clear and structured defect reporting with solid documentation habits
