Backend Developer (.NET) - Middle

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain .NET backend services and APIs for HR platform modules.
• Translate FSD, user stories, and technical designs into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Develop REST APIs, business logic, integrations, validation, and data-processing components.
• Integrate services with PostgreSQL, rules/workflow engines, and enterprise systems.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code review, performance optimization, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with BPA, frontend, QA, architects, and other development teams.
• Apply secure coding, API standards, and reusable development practices.
• Review work and provide technical guidance to Junior Backend Developers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of backend development experience using C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OOP, dependency injection, and backend architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases and SQL.
• Familiar with authentication, authorization, API security, logging, and error handling.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and code review.
• Familiarity with microservices, messaging, workflows, or enterprise integrations is preferable.
• Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, mentoring, and English skills
