Quality Assurance

• Ensure test is properly conducted and adhere to guideline and IT Governance.
• Ensure applications are properly tested and documented adhere to company’s standard during the development process.
• Ensure all governance requirements are fulfilled before application release to production.
• During project implementation, adhere to timeline defined by Head of System Integrator.
• Defect found during early-lifetime support for new applications and patches must not exceed 1% of features deployed.
• Manage quality assurance for 2 project running in paralel.
• Determine if software is qualify and fulfill all necessary requirement for production release.
• Ensure all parties fulfill their necessary submission before production release.
• Proficient with Quality Assurance Process.
• Able to make and verify quality of test cases.
• Familiar with automatic testing.

Internal:

All related Directorate or Division to ensure the request, issue, incident & problem ticket can handle properly.

Eksternal:

IT vendors or partners or external parties that related with IT Operation.
