Reporting To: IT Manager / SAP Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Middle SAP FICO Consultant/Analyst to join our IT team in Cakung. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will act as the bridge between the Finance/Accounting departments and the IT team, ensuring our financial systems are optimized to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and SAP CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA) modules.
• Configuration & Enhancement: Perform system configuration based on changing business needs. Gather requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional specification documents for enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with ABAP developers to design, test, and implement custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEFW).
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, patches, or new feature rollouts.
• Business Process Alignment: Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams, especially during critical periods like month-end and year-end closing, to ensure smooth system performance.
• User Training: Develop comprehensive user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency with the SAP system.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or Business Analyst. Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is highly preferred.
• Project Exposure: Participation in at least 1 to 2 full end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other core modules (such as MM, SD, and PP).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business users.
• Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Commitment: Must be willing to work 100% on-site (Full WFO) in Cakung, East Jakarta.
