Develop an internal facing AI Agent that can handle real-time and batch voice input

Ensure the AI Agent are meeting certain Functional metrics (e.g. answer correctness, 99.9% uptime, latency, etc.)

The AI Agent must be reliable, scalable, secure, maintainable (written in modular way) and following other industry best practices and/or following our tech standards

Work with stakeholders to deliver the projects (Product Owner (PO), Business Partner (BP), Business Unit (BU)) in an agile fashion
