Sr Business Development
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Min. 6 years of business development or enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT software project sales (not licensing or hardware)
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-month sales cycles
- Experience working with clients across industries such as Banking & Finance, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, or Government
- Prior experience at an IT consulting, software house, or digital agency is strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong consultative selling skills — able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as system architecture, APIs, AI/ML, cloud, and agile development at a conceptual level
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong network of decision-maker contacts within the Indonesian enterprise market is a significant advantage
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
