The Head of RMG is responsible for driving efficient workforce utilization, resource allocation, and cost control across the organization. This role ensures strong governance over timesheets, contract lifecycle, and workforce mix (Permanent, PKWT, ICs) to support business performance and margins.

1. Define and manage optimal mix of Permanent, PKWT, and IC workforce
2. Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy in timesheet submissions
