Job Description:

We are looking for a skilledand proactive MiddleFront-End Web Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining web-based user interfaces for our business technology solutions. You will work closely with the Squad Lead, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Back-End Developers to deliver high-quality features that enhance user experience and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintainscalable, responsive, and maintainable web applications usingmodern front-end technologies.
• Translate UI/UX designwireframes into high-quality code and collaborate closely with

designers to ensure designaccuracy.

• Work within a cross-functional squad to deliverfeatures in an Agile environment, contributing to planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Integrate front-end code with back-endservices via RESTfulAPIs or GraphQL.
• Conduct code reviewsand provide constructive feedback to juniordevelopers.
• Identify and resolveperformance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Ensure web applications meet accessibility and security standards.
• Continuously research and apply front-endbest practices and emerging technologies to enhance the product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or a relatedfield.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5,CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js,or Angular.
• Solid understanding of front-end state management patterns(e.g., Redux, Vuex,Context

API).

• Familiarity with RESTfulAPIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience using Git and workingwith version controlin collaborative environments.
• Good understanding of responsive design,accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skillsand the ability to work independently and within a team.
