ETL / Data Integration Developer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL and data-integration pipelines for the HR platform.
• Extract and transform data from SAP and other HR sources into the new platform.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop reusable pipelines for master, transactional, and historical HR data.
• Identify and resolve data quality, duplication, mapping, and migration issues.
• Collaborate with BPA, SAP functional, database, backend, and business teams.
• Perform ETL testing, performance optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare mapping, transformation-rule, migration-result, and reconciliation documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in ETL, data integration, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing ETL pipelines using Python and/or established ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with large-scale system or data migration is highly preferable.
• Familiarity with SAP/HR data structures or enterprise legacy migration is highly preferable.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and English skills.
