Technical Lead Manager - Insurance Project

Hard Skill:

• Candidates with a minimum of 5-8 years of project experience in insurance, particularly in implementing insurance core systems such as Life400, Policy-Asia, Group-Asia, Ebao, and Insurance Regulatory Reporting (IFRS17/Antasena/Apolo/Taxes, etc.)
• exp. Life Insurance, Group Health Insurance, General Insurance, Bancassurance, Regulatory reporting Antasena & Apolo)
• mostly has the application & infrastructure experienced in insurance
• know & understood SDLC, Waterfall and Agile & Scrum method. Familiar with Cobol400, Smart400, Aldon and IBM i

Soft Skill:

• Communication, Willingness to Learn, Dedication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Professional Ethics.

• 30 - 35 Mio/Months (gross)
