Requirement :

1. Excellent English communication skills
2. Must be hands-on in using Excel and have experience in analysing using AI Copilot.
3. Must have minimum 2 years work
4. experience as Tech BA from any industry.
5. HM only wants local Indonesian citizen
6. Life insurance experience is a plus.
7. Experience in using JIRA or Confluence

Job Description :

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit,analyze, and document business and functional requirements through various methods.
• Solution Design and Validation: Work with IT teams.
• Requirement documentation in JIRA – needs to analyse the requirement. Validate the acceptance criteria.
• During testing, BA coordinate testing and review result.
• BA advise the PO which item to prioritize – influence and giving suggestion.
• Report to regional team (HK and SG )
