- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years (Consultant) experience in SAP SD implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of SD processes and configuration, including:
- Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle
- Pricing, discounts, surcharges
- Delivery & transportation
- Billing & invoice processing
- Credit & debit memo processes
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA SD
- Understanding of IDocs, BAPIs, user exits, BADI enhancements
- Experience with integrations (FI, MM, PP, CRM, TM)
- Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP developments
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA (Sales, Billing, Pricing)
- Exposure to B2B sales processes, e-commerce, or telesales integration
- SAP certification in Sales & Distribution is a plus
- Experience in full-cycle implementation using ASAP / Activate methodology
