Business Analyst
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in ERP and/or CRM system as mandatory.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, invoicing, financial reporting) as mandatory.
- Hands-on experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in UAT support, test case creation, and system validation.
- Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
