Imagine you are a Product Manager at client diksha, tasked with creatinga PRD in 2 days.

Problem :

Currently, there is no canvassing feature in the SFA client diksha application. As a result, sales representatives are unable to perform canvassing using the app. The utilization of the SFA client diksha application could be expanded if canvassing activities were also made possible through the app. This app is specifically designed to support field sales representatives who sell products directly to customers at their location, such as door-to-door sales, in-person sales at temporary setups like kiosksor booths, or mobile sales teams.

Objective:

The objective of this project is to define the key features and functionalities of the SFA Canvassing app to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of on-site product sales. The app shouldstreamline the processof on-site productsales, including inventory management from admin to canvasser, orderprocessing, and invoiceprinting.
