Platform Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Monitor and follow up on IT operational incidents until they are resolved.

2. Assist with coordination and escalation during the incident process.

3. Monitor and optimize existing monitoring and alerting tools.

4. Create and improve dashboards, monitoring, and alerts to make them more effective and informative.

5. Conduct initial analysis of emerging issues or alerts.

6. Assist in identifying improvements related to operational monitoring and visibility.

7. Assist in coordinating cross-functional operational work as needed.

8. Create operational documentation.

Qualifications

1. Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree

2. Experience: Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of work experience in IT

3. Gender: Male/Female

4. Skills:

• Basic understanding of monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, SolarWinds Orion, Datadog, or similar tools.

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic scripting/query skills are a plus.

• Basic understanding of servers, networks, cloud, or databases is a plus.
