Our corporate customers span financial services, retail distributions, consumer goods, transportation, automotive, merchant business, and telecommunication industries. We have partnered with major banks along with their products such as credit card, debit, card, retail banking, and all telecom operators in Indonesia.

We are hiring for VP (GM Level) of Business Development who focusing in Leads Generator & Client Recovery

*English level : good / fluent

*Must be coming from Jatis's Competitor: Kata.ai, Qiscus, Twilio, 1Engage, Wappin, Qontak, Qiscus, dam corp , ims , mitracomm.

*Bugdet Max: 30.000.000 Gross / Month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Partnership Team focused on new client acquisition and dormant client recovery
  • Set and monitor team KPIs (monthly sales target, market expansion, client acquisition & reactivation)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and pipeline management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
  • Design and implement strategies to re-engage inactive or dormant clients
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting to management
  • Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client needs and ensure successful onboarding
  • Lead key business development projects from planning to execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and client recovery—preferably in the technology or messaging solutions industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market intelligence platforms.
