Senior System Engineer

Main Job Responsibility:

1. Coordinate all operational IT activities related to systems, networking and datacentre (on premise & cloud) space so that all IT infrastructure can be maintained availability in accordance with the specified SLA

2. Have strong knowledge about an enterprise IT Infrastructure architecture and design on Cloud and On premises environment

Detail Job Responsibility:

1. Assist in solving system, networking and datacenter problems that cannot be handled by team members.

2. Assist in planning, designing, implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure related to systems, networking and datacenter space.

3. Take care of complete detail analysis of infrastructure design and security standards

4. Documented all the work using required standards, methods, and tools that include internal tools as well.

5. Research and development related to IT Infrastructure, also verify proper operation of completed system implementations.

6. Identify the business requirements and will incorporate new hardware, operating systems or connectivity solutions on Cloud and on premise environment.

7. Provide feedback to the enterprise and incorporate all gathered information into future IT Infrastructure integration plans

Key Performance Indicator:

1. Response time tiket: 99% on time (tidak melewati due time reponse time)

2. Resolution time utk setiap tiket yg di assign: 98% tidak melewati due date SLA dari incident atau service yg sudah ditentukan

3. Menjaga tingkat availability system (server dan perangkat) sesuai dengan SLA yang diterapkan oleh Linknet.

4. On time IT Infrastructure Project Completion: 98%

5. Availability kehadiran personel di lokasi yang sudah ditentukan : 97%
