Project Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
• Proven hands on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP (mandatory).
• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Able to work independently (self driven) with strong ownership of project delivery (not limited to coordination/administrative tasks).
• Strong, proven project management capability (timeline, stakeholder management, risk & issue management, and delivery ownership).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written), actively used for daily communication with regional stakeholders (Singapore-based Solution Architect).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a plus.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in regional / multinational project environment.
• Familiarity with finance/procurement modules in Oracle Fusion.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills in English.
