SAP SD (BRIM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD and BRIM solutions to support business processes in subscription billing and revenue management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work on SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounting (FICA).
- Integrate SAP BRIM with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, CRM, MM) and third-party applications.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, billing, dunning, and invoicing.
- Create documentation including functional specs, configuration documents, test cases, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users and key business users.
- Support cutover activities, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD, with at least 2 years in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 BRIM modules: SOM, CI, CC, or FICA.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA platform and its integration points.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in both agile and traditional project environments.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) is a plus.
