Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years (Consultant) of experience in SAP MDG implementation or support.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least one master data domain:
  • Business Partner (Customer/Vendor)
  • Material Master
  • Finance (GL, Cost Center, Profit Center)
• Hands-on experience in MDG configuration (data models, UI modeling, workflows, BRF+, rules).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MDG Central Governance (CG).
• Experience with:
  • Process modeling & workflow configuration
  • BRF+ for rules/validations
  • Data Replication Framework (DRF)
  • Consolidation & mass processing
• Understanding of ABAP debugging and enhancement concepts (BADI, BAPI).
• Integration experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, PI/PO, or SAP CPI.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Good documentation skills and training capability.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MDG Certification (advantage).
• Experience with S/4HANA MDG on SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of data quality tools (SAP DQM, SAP IS, Informatica, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale data migration projects.
• Background in industries like manufacturing, utilities, services, telco, FMCG, or finance.
