AI Engineer

Job Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements to determine appropriate AI solutions and approaches.
• Design and develop AI/ML models based on project requirements.
• Perform data analysis and preparation to support AI model development.
• Develop, train, test, and implement AI models for production use.
• Evaluate model performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize AI models to achieve the required levels of accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Designers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI models into applications.
• Conduct model testing and validation to ensure AI solutions meet functional and business requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation related to AI models, methodologies, and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
• Have experience working on at least 5 AI/ML-related projects relevant to the required expertise.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Experience in AI/ML model development, training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and commonly used AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM, NLP, RAG, or other AI technologies would be an advantage.
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics and AI model performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
