Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OTT Platform Developer with expertise in both Frontend and Backend development, who is passionate about delivering seamless user experiences and maintaining system reliability. The ideal candidate excels at problem analysis, creating preventive measures, and developing corrective action plans to ensure platform stability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Problem Analysis

• Analyze production issues and service disruptions across the OTT stack (frontend/backend).
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and impact assessments to understand the origin of system faults or performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to investigate incidents and prevent recurrence.

🛠️ Preventive Measures

• Design and implement monitoring tools and alerts for early detection of potential issues.
• Propose and implement architecture improvements, code refactors, and best practices to prevent issues.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to reduce manual errors.

🧯 Corrective Actions

• Create and execute plans to resolve bugs, performance issues, or outages.
• Patch vulnerabilities or fix regressions in code while ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge for future reference and team enablement.

💻 Development (Frontend & Backend)

• Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and maintain robust backend APIs and services using technologies.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (frontend & backend) in OTT or video streaming platforms.
• Proficiency in PHP, Golang, Java, Next Js, MariaDB, MySQL, Laravel.
