Technical Writer

SOW :

• Develop and maintaintechnical documentatio such as API Documentation, Technical Design Documents, System Documentation, User Manuals, or Knowledge Base Articles
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, System Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to gather and document technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple and easy-to-understand documentation.
• Update and maintain documentation in line with system enhancements, bug fixes, and softwarereleases.
• Ensure all documentation follows companystandards, templates, and governance guidelines.
• Support knowledge management initiatives by maintaining centralized documentation repositories.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Communications, English/Linguistics, or a related field.
• familiarity with Wiki.js
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Software Documentation Specialist, or similar role in an IT or technology environment.
• Has good Englishproficiency in , both written and spoken.
• Strong technical writing,editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to different audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, GitBook, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
