Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years (Consultant) working experience in SAP PM/SM implementation or support.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes:
- Preventive & corrective maintenance
- Breakdown analysis
- Work order management
- Service order processing
- Asset management & lifecycle tracking
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP PM and/or SM in ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Maintenance plans (time-based, performance-based, strategy plans)
- Task lists & work centers
- Calibration management
- Planning & scheduling
- Costing, settlement, and work order lifecycle
- Ability to write functional specs for custom enhancements (BADI, BAPI, IDocs, User Exits).
- Understanding of integration with MM (spare parts), FI/CO (cost settlement), QM, and PP.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong documentation and process-mapping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable working onsite in industrial or plant environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in PM or SM is an advantage.
- Experience in S/4HANA Asset Management.
- Experience with IoT, predictive maintenance, and equipment sensor integration.
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, utilities, telco, oil & gas, or field service industries.
