Product Owner

Requirements :

• Placement at Pulomas Office (Jakarta)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field from reputable universities.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role
• Have experience in connected car industry is highly preferable
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development environments
• Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Software Testing, or UAT activities is required
• Proven experience in managing product backlog, defining user stories, and prioritizing features based on business value
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and functional specifications
• Experience in stakeholder management, including collaboration with business,
• engineering, and QA teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (written and oral)
• Basic SQL knowledge or data querying skills

SOW :

• Create data items that are needed in the business process in UI/UX and solve simple CR.
• Analyze root causes and resolution for any problem.
• Review resolution for incidents and problems to ensure the resolution are appropriate, comprehensive, and feasible.
• Conduct incident and service request management, problem management, change management, release, deployment, anservice improvement as assigned.
