Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management or related disciplines.
- Having 1-3 year of experience in Project Administration, PMO, Project Coordination, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and project lifecycle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, trackers, and meeting minutes.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Experience supporting IT projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT projects, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with project artifacts such as project plans, issue logs, risk registers, action item trackers, status reports, and project schedules.
- Understanding of project governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
- Experience in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and project communications across various stakeholder groups.
- Basic understanding of Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and PMO team in project planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, issue trackers, risk registers, and project schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, document minutes of meeting, and monitor action item closure.
- Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Consolidate project status updates and prepare management reports and presentation materials.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation items.
- Ensure proper document management, version control, and repository maintenance.
- Support project governance, compliance, audit, and reporting requirements.
