Role: Security Awareness Officer

Level : Middle

Job Description:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain a security awareness program that effectively changes behaviors, so employees act in a secure manner, reducing the most risk to our organization.
2. Ensure security awareness program meets group requirements and industry standards.
3. Ensure security awareness program communicates relevant security threats, security policies and requirements so that employee know, understand, and can follow them.
4. Ensure a positive program that engages employees, to include focusing on changing behaviors both at home and at work.
5. Identify the top human risks to organization and the behaviors we need to change to mitigate those risks.
6. Structure and maintain this program to be long term, ultimately not just changing behaviors but culture.
7. Running phishing exercise, conduct planned and ad-hoc security awareness training, publish newsletter, etc.
8. Become instructor in awareness session, both in Bahasa and English.
9. Create a metrics framework that can effectively measure these requirements.
10. Good communication skills and basic public speaking
11. ⁠Basic knowledge in cyber security and information security
12. Can speak and write in English ( Mandatory )
13. Basic graphic design and creative ideas
14. Basic MS office
