Product Owner

SOW :

• Requirement Gathering and Backlog Management

o Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria to ensure

backlog readiness for execution.

o Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to align with business and customer needs.

o Focuses on delivering value in each iteration, using metrics to track progress and ensure alignment

with strategic objectives.

• Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

o Engages with stakeholders and customers togather feedback and incorporate it into the backlog for

continuous improvement.

• Works closely with the Product team to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Requirement :

• Willing to be placed at Pulomas Office, Jakarta.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology,
• Engineering, Business, or Science from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Extensive experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making
• Experience managing product backlog, creating user stories, and prioritizing features process improvement
• Good stakeholder management (business, engineering, QA).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with English proficiency (written and spoken)
