Business Analyst

2 ROUND INTERVIEW : OFFLINE / ONLINE ( TBC )

Requirement :

• Need candidate with 5- 10 years work experience as Tech Business Analyst who is able to advise the Product Owner which backlog to prioritize
• Must have Life insurance project exposure.
• expert in using JIRA and confluence

Responsibilitties :

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through various methods.

• Solution Design and Validation: Work with IT teams.
• Life Insurance project to focus on existing product (enhancement) for Indonesia
• market.
• Requirement documentation in JIRA – needs to analyse the requirement. Validate the acceptance criteria.
• During testing, BA coordinate testing and review result.

• BA advise the PO which item to prioritize – influence and giving suggestion

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through various methods such as workshops and interviews.

2. Solution Design and Validation: Work with IT teams to design feasible solutions, evaluate software options, and validate solutions with stakeholders to ensure they meet business needs.

3. Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, risk management, and documentation to align project objectives with business goals.

4. Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend improvements for existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Stakeholder Communication and Management: Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication and understanding between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Support Testing by providing Traceability Matrix, participation in Defect Triage to ensure solution quality.

7. Training and Documentation: Create user manuals and training materials and conduct training sessions to support the adoption of new systems or processes.

8. Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to foster continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
